Olduvia is the trading name under which Lucas González Díaz provides professional services as a self-employed individual. It is not presented as a limited company. Proposals, contracts and invoices identify the owner.
2. Activity and contracting
Consulting, development, implementation and training in artificial intelligence, automation and digital services. Services target businesses in Spain and international markets, primarily remotely. This website does not process payments or automatic contracting. Each engagement requires a proposal with scope, price, applicable taxes, deadlines and terms accepted by both parties.
3. Collaborators
The owner leads projects. Independent professionals may participate according to the agreed scope, subject to confidentiality and, where applicable, required data protection terms. Their involvement does not imply an employed workforce.
4. Use and content
The site must be used lawfully and with respect for third-party rights. The demonstration includes fictional data and predefined responses; the calculator shows hypothetical capacity, not guaranteed results. Conceptual imagery was generated with AI. No visual representation constitutes a client testimonial.
5. Intellectual property
Original content is provided to inform visitors about the services. Use beyond statutory limits requires authorisation from the owner or relevant rights holder. Use of the name and logo does not itself imply trademark registration.
6. Availability and links
The owner aims to keep information current and address incidents. Linked sites have their own terms. This notice does not exclude liabilities or rights that cannot legally be waived.
