2. Training and usage rules
Role-specific sessions, usage boundaries, result review and information handling. Session records and materials to document the measures taken.
3. Transparency and follow-up
Preparation and implementation of disclosures where applicable, oversight procedures and incident handling. Evidence checklist and periodic reviews within the agreed scope.
Dates depend on the obligation
The transparency milestone is 2 August 2026. AI literacy obligations have applied since 2 February 2025. Exceptions and transition periods exist; we review the applicable timeline for each system, role and use.

What you receive

Where do we start if we already use AI tools?
With an inventory of tools, purposes, users, data and supported decisions. This helps assess the business’s role and identify which requirements need review before deciding on measures.
Is the training the same for everyone?
It is adapted to actual tasks, knowledge and the risks of each use. We practise checking answers, protecting information and recognising when to escalate a decision. Training materials and evidence are agreed in the proposal.
Does this include an official compliance certification?
No. We deliver the agreed technical assessment, action plan and measures. Legal conclusions and assessments requiring specialist expertise are reviewed with specialists or your advisers. Scope is defined in the proposal.
